Gain valuable insights and nurture the parts of yourself that are ready for more depth, connection, and self-compassion. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Madison (she.her) is based in Marin County, California, and draws inspiration from dance, nature, and the practice of cultivating healthy inner dialogue. She studied somatic expressive arts at the Tamalpa Institute and is now training to become a licensed Somatic Therapist. Madison is passionate about body-based approaches to healing and wellness. She is inspired to create spaces where people can connect with themselves and explore new possibilities for their body, mind, and heart. @life.art.movement WHO THIS IS FOR: Anyone looking to connect more deeply with their body wisdom and authentic nature in community.
