CLASS: Orienting to Pleasure: expanding your connection to what feels good in your body with JEN OATO BENNETT WHEN: Sat, Nov 16 | 10am-12pm PST ABOUT THE OFFERING: Often in our healing work, we spend a lot of time getting comfortable with our shadows and the wounds that need tending. This is important work. And, just as importantly, we must spend intentional time with all of the ways we can ENJOY. Spend time understanding what pleasure and enjoyment feels like in your body. We aim to understand what gets in the way of pleasure and enjoyment, and grow our capacity to lean into the sensuality of our own skin. Expect to experience this through journaling, breathwork, somatic experiencing, and dance healing.
