Women's Breathwork

Thursday, Dec 11

5-7pm (doors 4:45pm)

Held at a private yurt near ferry
Orcas Island, WA

ABOUT THE OFFERING

Breathwork supports us to release excess or stagnant energy that can manifest as stress, anxiety, agitation, or depression, so that we can create the space for our body and soul to blossom into summer.

There is something very special that happens when women co-create a healing field together. My guess is that many of you rarely get the time/space to lean back and feel truly held...by the Earth, on the wings of your breath, and by loving sisters who are there to provide a hand or a witness. Consider this your invitation to receive.

BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK INCLUDE:

Conscious connective breathwork - or the three-part breath - is an ancient healing practice that I return to again and again to:

  • lower stress + alleviate depression

  • improve digestion and sleep

  • release unprocessed emotions

  • receive insights and clarity

  • integrate the fullness of life!

How our journey will flow:

  •  enjoying ceremonial grade cacao - a heart medicine that is full of antioxidants   waking up our bodies through qigong + intuitive movement

  •  experiencing a breathwork journey (about 45 min + 15 min of integration)

  •  option to stay and reflect as a group, or go home and take good care

Contraindications: this style of breathwork is NOT recommended for those who have serious heart issues, have experienced a recent acute trauma, are prone to psychosis, or are in their third trimester of pregnancy.
