JOIN THE WINTER SERIES

This winter, return to the wisdom of the water element and the kidneys—the home of your vital essence.

When our kidneys are happy, we are in touch with our DNA’s blueprint → who we are meant to be on a soul level. Our body’s “batteries” are charged and we feel vitally alive.

In this class, qigong opens the pathways for your life-force energy to flow and intuitive movement gives you the opportunity to hear your body's unique wisdom. Our intention is to melt energetic stagnation, restore vitality, and reconnect with a grounded sense of trust.

Hand Touching Water

Qigong (pronounced "chee-kung") is an ancient Chinese wellness practice that weaves movement, breath and intention to heal from within.

Translated as "energy work," qigong found its way into my life more than ten years ago as a dancer who loved meditation and was starting to dive deep into my own healing path.

Then about three years ago, it came front and center when I got kidney stones (youch!) and wanted to understand how to better support my organs from a holistic perspective.

With regular practice in my life, qigong has not only helped me clear toxins from my body and regulate my emotions, it has also helped me to protect and cultivate my energy in a subtle yet profound way that has changed my life.

After completing a year-long teacher training in 2025 with Dr. Suzannah Stason, I am passionate about sharing this work, complimented and informed by 10+ years of experience as an embodiment guide.

Join me to receive the numerous benefits of qigong:

🔑 open the pathways (meridians) of the body for more ease

🔑 clear stagnation that leads to disease (physical or mental)

🔑 target specific organs for healing that align with the season

🔑 harmonize and cultivating your life-force energy

🔑 strengthen your immunity

🔑 seal energy leaks so that you are protected and strong, yet graceful and fluid

What is qigong?

"Hayley’s Qi Dance offering is truly unique and special. I felt so nourished by the weaving of ancient Chinese medicine teachings with intuitive dance healing practices and seasonal wisdom. Hayley’s facilitation is consistently attuned, accessible, informative, intuitive, and deeply embodied. I’m not a morning person, but I actually look forward to getting out of bed for this practice and starting my day in an intentional way!"
