Harness the power of your body wisdom and creativity to heal
About the Series
We all experience blockages on a physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual level sometimes.
While reaching for external support is necessary at times, we carry tools within us that can transform blockages into healing energy that touches all areas of our lives.
Many of us have forgotten how powerful these simple tools are because we live in a world that prioritizes mental intelligence over body intelligence.
In this series, we are remembering how to harness the wisdom of your body & raw creative power to heal using:
somatic movement
voice
intuitive art
community
& ritual
What makes this offering unique?
Each week, you are guided in a body-based journey with a creative emphasis that guides you to open to YOUR intuitive wisdom.
Because our body keeps the score (i.e. remembers everything that has happened in our lives and in our ancestors' lives, whether we are conscious of it or not)...
...what often arises in this process is material from our lived experience that is ready to be transformed and reintegrated into our lives in a more aligned way.
Using a process called "scoring" developed by dance legend Anna Halprin and her husband, architect Lawrence Halprin, each participant creates their own personal embodiment ritual to artfully encounter this material.
By developing our somatic toolkit and practices that support us to be present, compassionate & courageous, these personal rituals have the potential to create real transformation in our lives.
