SO
MA
WOMAN

This is a calling to embody the soul wisdom of the feminine intelligence that we are.
Beyond healing, we are changing the way we see ourselves as more divine, more whole, more sovereign, more empowered as female leaders and visionaries activating a new world through our heart-centered action and innate vision.
There is an ancient wisdom in the way women enact our gifts that hasn't been honored for thousands of years.
We can no longer go to the outside world for validation. It's time to stand in our own story, our own power, our own visions - both unique and united.
Through accepting our hurts and our losses, we remember that we have the power to create the boundaries we need and choose the life we want to live.
This is beyond self care; it is a new relationship with ourselves that honors the entirety of feminine presence

What methods are we weaving?

Each week we will cultivate an organic arising of deep embodied presence through:

-Movement

-Voice

-Intuitive art making

-Sacred witnessing and reflection

About the Facilitators
V Ann (Vicki) Somoya is a life-long dancer, performer and women’s activist. She has been working one-on-one and in groups with women for the past 20+ years, using the lense and techniques of somatics, breathwork, core-strengthening , authentic movement practice and integrated movement re-patterning.
Seeing and feeling the deeper issues women grapple with, she holds space and guides knowing that deeper resilience is available to us through walking her own transformation from broken to wholeness.
Her passion is to surface the divine magic that women hold by helping each woman feel seen, honored, strengthened, nurtured and loved – but first through our OWN eyes, and to assist the shifting of human understanding into feeling the true divine partnership of male & female energies embodied in each soul.
