“We must own our true stories. In doing so, we begin again to belong to the world in the way only we can. The door to soul opens.”
- Bill Plotkin
There is a wild wisdom within your body who is guiding you to walk in alignment with your soul.
For many in this modern world, this wisdom has grown quiet from lack of use or abuse. Or when it’s heard, it’s mistrusted or rationalized away. These are strategies that kept us alive when it wasn’t safe to be in our power.
But our soul cries out for more.
By engaging with the language of our body, we awaken a fierce intuition that becomes a torch in the darkness of our healing journey. As we rebuild trust between our body-heart-mind, our inner guidance grows louder and clearer, speaking to us through nature, dreams and art.
When we honor this guidance, we uncover hidden power that clarifies our
true
north
the journey
Using somatic movement and expressive arts, uncover where you have suppressed your power in order to survive.
Unwind holding patterns created by fear and restore energy flow to these areas of your body (and your life).
Like the salmon who return to their home rivers once the dam is broken, your sacred life-force energy returns to your center, reinvigorating your creativity & clarifying your path.
HOW WE WORK
Each session includes a guided somatic movement journey and expressive arts practices that are based on the stages of embodied transformation including:
Week 1-2
Week 3-5
Week 6-7
Awaken
Awaken your embodied wisdom through somatic movement, sounding & expressive arts.
Confront
Confront a somatic experience that relates to something you are wanting to transform in your life.
Release
Release energy on a physical, emotional and/or mental level that you no longer need to hold.
Week 8-11
Week 12-13
Alchemize
Alchemize a challenge into a resource through creating and enacting your own personal embodiment rituals.
Integrate
Integrate the transformation by allowing your nervous system to assimilate new resources and install lasting change in all areas of your life.
OUR APPROACH
Connection, not perfection.
Non-judgmental awareness & non-violent communication supports our individual & group journey.
You are welcome to express your questions, needs and boundaries as they arise. This is a trauma-informed container that honors that our bodies remember everything, from our lifetime and before.
Our practice is to lean into the mysterious, non-linear path of healing, while also honoring the edge of our nervous system’s capacity for change. We emphasize re-sourcing ourselves with embodiment practices so that we transform with our body rather than overriding its cues.
Who this is for...
You who longs to connect more deeply with your body's wisdom on a regular basis.
You who wants to diversify your self care practices with creative modalities including dance, voice, drawing & writing.
You who values being seen and seeing others authentically.
You who is ready to revitalize your creativity with soulful practices.
You who holds space for others and wants a space to be accountable with your own journey.
You who is courageous to let go, in order to make space for all that you are meant to become.

FAQ
frequently asked questions
Q: Is this series for women identified people only? A: No. People of all identities are warmly welcome.
Q: Can I join if I can't make every session live? A: Yes. Attending live is the most beneficial because you get to participate in the potent witnessing processes, but you are welcome to tune into the recordings that are shared within 24 hours of each class. If you miss live, you will be asked to fill out a reflection sheet and share with the cohort via our shared learning space on Mighty Networks.
Q: Do I need prior experience with dance, drawing or somatic movement? A: No, this course is accessible to people of all experiences. We strive to be accessible for people of all physical abilities and encourage everyone to adapt the invitations based on their personal needs and capacity.
Q: What kind of supplies do I need to have? A: In addition to a computer and good wifi, please have a large pad of recycled drawing paper and oil pastels to create with. We also recommend having a journal that is dedicated to your journey.
Q: Do you take payment plans? A: Yes, you can select this option when you check out.
Q: Do you give scholarships? A: Yes, we offer a limited number of scholarships for people experiencing low income by application only. If you can afford the program at a payment plan rate, please choose that option so that someone with greater need can join us.
Q: How long will I have access to the course? A: As long as the world wide web is weaving!
Q: What does the work-trade position entail? A: The work trade angel is responsible for uploading the recordings after each session, emailing the cohort reminders about the schedule, as well as some other admin tasks.
Q: Do you give refunds? A: Refunds are available if someone needs to cancel before the program begins, minus a 15% admin fee. Once the programs begins, refunds are no longer available.
