We must own our true stories. In doing so, we begin again to belong to the world in the way only we can. The door to soul opens.”
- Bill Plotkin

_MG_0764.jpg

There is a  wild wisdom  within your body who is guiding you to walk in alignment with your soul.

For many in this modern world, this wisdom has grown quiet from lack of use or abuse. Or when it’s heard, it’s mistrusted or rationalized away. These are strategies that kept us alive when it wasn’t safe to be in our power.

But our soul cries out for more.

By engaging with the language of our body, we awaken a fierce intuition that becomes a torch in the darkness of our healing journey. As we rebuild trust between our body-heart-mind, our inner guidance grows louder and clearer, speaking to us through nature, dreams and art.

When we honor this guidance, we uncover hidden power that clarifies our

true

north

     the  journey

Using somatic movement and expressive arts, uncover where you have suppressed your power in order to survive.

Unwind holding patterns created by fear and restore energy flow to these areas of your body (and your life).

Like the salmon who return to their home rivers once the dam is broken, your sacred life-force energy returns to your center, reinvigorating your creativity & clarifying your path.

HOW WE WORK

Each session includes a guided somatic movement journey and expressive arts practices that are based on the stages of embodied transformation including:

Week 1-2

Alchemize

Alchemize a challenge into a resource through creating and enacting your own personal embodiment rituals.

Integrate

OUR APPROACH

Connection, not perfection.

Non-judgmental awareness & non-violent communication supports our individual & group journey.

You are welcome to express your questions, needs and boundaries as they arise. This is a trauma-informed container that honors that our bodies remember everything, from our lifetime and before.

Our practice is to lean into the mysterious, non-linear path of healing, while also honoring the edge of our nervous system’s capacity for change. We emphasize re-sourcing ourselves with embodiment practices so that we transform with our body rather than overriding its cues.

Who this is for...

You who longs to connect more deeply with your body's wisdom on a regular basis.

You who wants to diversify your self care practices with creative modalities including dance, voice, drawing & writing.

You who values being seen and seeing others authentically.

You who is ready to revitalize your creativity with soulful practices.

You who holds space for others and wants a space to be accountable with your own journey.

You who is courageous to let go, in order to make space for all that you are meant to become.

DSC07914.jpg
“In Wild, I noticed my SELF taking center stage, as I spoke from my heart, moved from my body, inhaled and exhaled with spirit. These practices were all medicine to my mind, giving it data that I can trust my other senses and that I can align my mental energy with my soma, my emotional realm, my spirit. Wild supported me as I continue to step powerfully and ever fully into the knowledge of my SELF as a SOVEREIGN being. Knowledge that I am WORTHY. Knowledge that I BELONG.”

Teaching: Orienting to Pleasure: expanding your connection to what feels good in your body

*BONUS SESSION* Sat, Nov 16 10am-12pm PST

Often in our healing work, we spend a lot of time getting comfortable with our shadows and the wounds that need tending. This is important work. And, just as importantly, we must spend intentional time with all of the ways we can ENJOY.

Spend time understanding what pleasure and enjoyment feels like in your body. We aim to understand what gets in the way of pleasure and enjoyment, and grow our capacity to lean into the sensuality of our own skin. Expect to experience this through journaling, breathwork, somatic experiencing, and dance healing.
